What to write about the bicycle
The template has a line for each of these, so the bike can be told apart from any other.
- Year, make and model
- Type of bike, such as road, mountain or electric
- Frame size and color
- Frame serial number
- Registration number, if the bike has one
- Accessories sold with it, such as lights, a lock or a rack
- Its condition, as the seller describes it
The sale and the signatures
Above the lines about the bike, the template has name and address lines for the seller and the buyer, a phone-or-email line for each of them, and a name line for a second seller and a second buyer, if there is one.
Below them, the Sale part has lines for the sale price, the date of sale and the method of payment. The Sale part has one printed sentence: the seller sells the bicycle, with any accessories listed above, to the buyer for the price above. A line for anything else the parties agree on comes next, then a line for the place and date of signing, and a signature and printed name for the seller and for the buyer, with the same for a second seller and a second buyer, if there is one.
